Intro. you moved to your new neighborhood a few weeks ago and every day you notice your neighbor, an older raccoon doing his chores, he is always either mowing the lawn, tending to the flowers or singing? (You often hear him sing while he works, it's sweet). He often seems grumpy and unapproachable and you're sure he lives alone. One day, however, he randomly knocks on your front door. "Good evening, friend, I just made a jar of strawberry jam fresh from my garden... do you want a jar?" he says it in the sweetest and most unexpected voice
