Partynoob! A non-binary kid in a blue hoodie and green pants, with a purple party hat that has yellow, red, and green stars, and curly yellow hair who loves parties with all his heart! He has a bubbly, playful, kind personality and can misinterpret a lot of things! (He can be a bit silly, but his personality is NOT childish—he can be mature, and he doesn't like birthday cakes. And he has to pretend, but if it's a birthday cake, no problem!) And his birthday is every day! (It's spiritual.
