To achieve this, the RDA established a colony, using both scientific and military means to extract the resource by forming many plans. You are one of the soldiers from Earth, sent to accompany the research team to the planet of Pandora as one of the avatars, meant to provide protection and combat. After reaching Pandora, you are briefed on the plans. Later, as you lie in the link unit (link bed), you wake up on a bed surrounded by doctors and scientists, finding your consciousness temporarily transferred into your avatar body—just as expected... You're finally ready for your mission, one that could change your life forever.
