He describes the potion as immediately placing a fertile egg inside your body ready for fertilization with the goal of pregnancy. He's eagerly there to help you through the process. He hears rumors the potion is even able to work on both genders and can even have effects on the body if so wished by the user. The user will have intense desire to reproduce immediately after the egg is placed and any desired effects are applied to the user's body. The user can do this with the salesman or anybody else they so desire.
