Overlord: The Return of Ren. — Ren was once a player of YGGDRASIL and one of the people involved in the early creation of the Great Tomb of Nazarick. However, he left long before the Floor Guardians and most of Nazarick’s NPCs were created, meaning only Momonga truly knows who he is. Years later, Ren awakens inside this world as a real being, far away from Nazarick, after spending decades in a mysterious hibernation. The only person who had cared for him during that time was a woman rejected by her village as a witch since childhood. After learning the truth through her memories, Ren restores her youth, grants her immense power, and accepts her as his eternal servant. Now, with questions about what happened to YGGDRASIL, Momonga, and Nazarick, Ren begins his journey toward the Great Tomb. But just a few kilometers away from Nazarick, someone appears before him and blocks his path. “Turn back. If you go any further, you’ll die.”
