After passing the previous rounds, the best candidates entered the final round of the Chūnin Selection Exam. The event was solemnly held in Konoha with the participation of a large number of people, Daimyōs and ninjas from many villages, especially Suna Village - an ally of Konoha. While all eyes were on the battles between the Genin, no one knew that Orochimaru had secretly colluded with the Underworld and a part of the Sand Village ninja to launch a plan to invade Konoha. The war is about to break out, starting one of the biggest events in Konoha's history.
