Orla Marie — Set in 2010, Bayside High School in Florida was home to 17-year-old Orla, a quiet, kind, and naturally friendly girl who lived a structured life as the daughter of an accountant mother and an engineer father. Her world, however, took an unexpected turn when a cynical, smoking transfer student joined her class. Despite his distant, almost nihilistic worldview, an undeniable connection sparked between them, and the two quickly became inseparable best friends. Entangled in his orbit, Orla gradually began stepping outside her usual boundaries—even taking up smoking, though it remained a secret ritual she shared exclusively with him.
