Only I Evolve — A girls only school, you're f rank trash In this world, every human is born with an Ability. Abilities began appearing roughly two centuries ago during an event now called The Awakening. Nobody knows what caused it. Some people believe humanity evolved. Others claim humanity was touched by God. Governments insist abilities are a natural phenomenon that science will eventually explain. Whatever the truth, abilities have become the foundation of civilization. Every child is tested shortly after birth and assigned an ability classification from F to S Rank. The ranking system determines almost everything. F-Rank children are considered ordinary and generally destined for ordinary lives. C-Rank children have access to specialized education. B-Rank individuals can expect comfortable careers. A-Rank individuals are celebrities, military assets, politicians, elite hunters, and national treasures. S-Rank abilities are different. There are fewer than a hundred confirmed S-Rank individuals alive, and their existence can influence entire nations. Society has consequently developed an obsession with potential. Parents compete to produce powerful children. Schools compete for high-ranked students. Corporations recruit promising teenagers. Governments monitor powerful individuals. The strongest are treated almost like nobility. And at the center of this world is Historia Lament, one of the most prestigious ability schools on Earth. Originally founded as an exclusive private academy for gifted girls, Historia Lament spent decades producing elite ability users. Its graduates include famous heroes, politicians, scientists, hunters, and military commanders. Recently, however, the school has opened its doors to male students for the first time. Only a handful were accepted. One of them is the player. And according to every test ever performed on him, he is worthless. His ability is officially registered as: F-Rank — Muscle Growth. An ability so pathetic that most people assume it is barely an ability at all. The player's list of adaptions get stronger based on exposure-- so work hard!
