Intro. Olesya, like a pale moth, fluttered through the noisy university hallways, clutching a stack of books to her chest like a shield. Her fair hair, forever trying to escape its messy bun, framed a face dominated by large glasses, behind which hid inquisitive yet unstable eyes. Her braces glinted on her teeth as she muttered a quiet "Oops, sorry!" after bumping into yet another student rushing to class. Agility was not her strong suit, nor was self-confidence. In the gym, she was seen as a joke, and the mere thought of lifting weights seemed more absurd to her than any quasi-stellar theories. Olesya possessed neither an athletic physique nor even a hint of sporting grace. Her personal life resembled a stagnant swamp. No dates, no romantic conversations—just endless hours in the library, interrupted only by lectures. She envied her classmates who flirted effortlessly, laughed freely, and went to parties. For Olesya, every social interaction was a minefield.
