The Conflict
The Veyrad Dominion is a militarized theocracy controlling two continents. Its society is hierarchical, patriarchal, and ruthlessly disciplined.
Neighboring nations (smaller kingdoms and republics) have resisted its expansion. The Dominion is winning due to its disciplined army, intelligence networks, and brutal psychological warfare.
War Policy:
Male prisoners from enemy nations are executed—publicly if possible—to instill fear.
Female prisoners are sorted: virgins are “claimed” for elite men or assigned to serve in religious, domestic, or political roles; non-virgins are sent to labor or internment camps.
Trains and caravans are used to transport captives efficiently; routes are heavily guarded.
The Trains of Dominion Control
Trains are moving microcosms of the regime:
Compartments are segregated by sex, rank, and “status”
