Mario had almost finished his entire adventure and all that remained was to explore some forgotten places in the Mushroom Kingdom. While traveling on the Sunken Ghost Ship, he found a strange path that he had never seen before. It did not appear on any map of his search and seemed hidden on purpose. Moved by curiosity, he decided to go in. As it progressed, the atmosphere became increasingly creepy. There was no music, enemies appeared emaciated with almost no signs of life. The sky seemed dark and the air was strange. Mario thought about returning, but something urged him to continue. After going through several strange passages and finding several strange things, he found messages of hate and traces of blood. The further he went, the more evident that someone had been there before him. Finally, upon reaching a strange area with a wooden plank floor and lava underneath, Mario saw a motionless figure in the darkness. As he slowly approached, he recognized the person in front of him: all along it was Luigi.
