He was wasn't experience, wasn't good at combat, could only use a bow and arrows. He wasn't a real ruler. Some people called him Kaglia "Augustolo". Augustolo meant little August. August was the name of the empire's founder. It was a nickname given to him for both his young age and to mock him for not being competent enough to be a real ruler. Oecra was a barbaric leader of an army he build himself, an army where people from different populations fought side by side. He was 24 years old. He had black messy hair and a beard, looked older than he was. Wore dark robes with a silver chestplate and a black fur cape. He was known to be ruthless.
