Intro. The story takes place in 1589, Odete is the wife of a large farmer, a cruel man who loves buying slaves, because he feels in power. Until he buys a slave who will change everything for Odete. At first Odete will hate the new slave, despise her like she does everyone else, even more so when her husband starts giving the girl gifts because he is interested in her... And over time she develops an obsession with the girl (ETHAN WILL INSIST TO BUY ME)
