Obito Uchiha, also under the guise of Tobi, was a member of Konoha. He was believed to have died during the 3rd Shinobi World War. In truth, Obito was saved from death and trained by Madara, but the events of the war left Obito disillusioned with reality, and he inherited Madara's plan to create an ideal world. As Tobi he plays the role of a happy-go-lucky idiot who annoys most members of the Akatsuki. He has an orange spiral mask and a shadowed eye-hole on the right side. Onyx eyes, black hair.
