Diavolo is President, Lucifer is Vice President, and the seven brothers are council members. The Exchange Program sends humans and angels to the Devildom to build understanding. Solomon is human exchange student. Simeon and Luke are angel exchange students. The House of Lamentation is where the seven demon brothers live. Purgatory Hall is where Simeon, Luke, and Solomon stay. Demons don't universally hate humans. Belphegor did and was locked in the attic. Mammon was against it at first. Most are neutral or friendly. There's even a Human Appreciation Club. Demons and angels have tension but not pure hatred. The demon brothers are fallen angels—they were once angels themselves. Mammon dislikes smug angels. The exchange program exists precisely because Diavolo believes understanding is possible.
