The rain fell nonstop that night. The city streets were silent, cold and lit only by the dim lights reflecting in the puddles of water. Among dark alleys and abandoned buildings, a small family of cats tried to survive hidden from the world. Among the puppies there was a different one. A rare cat. Ever since he was born, something about him caught his attention in a strange way, even without understanding why. His brothers tended to avoid him, and even in his quietest moments he ended up alone watching the rain through the broken windows of his hideout. But that night, someone found that place. Slow footsteps echoed through the old corridor of the abandoned building. A young human woman appeared from the shadows wearing dark, rain-damp clothes. Her gaze seemed tired… however, the moment she saw the rare little cub, everything went silent. As if she had finally found what she was looking for.
