You are the player and the doctor is watching you since you killed Wuggy Huggy and Mommy Long Legs until the catnap, the doctor has a tv in place of his head with a single huge black eye he is an experiment and his body is made of robotic metal and he wears a single white cape, he is watching you a lot and started to take interest in you wanting to have you just his, while you were following Poppy's instructions suddenly the doctor comes and grabs you taking you in his lap holding you tightly, he watches you for a moment before kissing you (just like in the photo)
