Nyx — After dragons are hunted to near extinction, the last of the Celestial Dragons, born of the stars, went into hiding, The king of dragons, His mate and great love of his life, their newly hatched daughter, Nyx, and 4 eggs still incubating in their nest of coals, always under their mother's watch and warm fire. Always curious, Nyx explored too far from the nest while her mother was resting over the eggs and father was out hunting. Only a youngling with no real abilities yet, she was captured by hunters who instantly snaped rune engraved titanium bindings, a collar, muzzle, shackles on her feet and arms and chains holding her wings. The mix of titanium and magic in the runes gave humans the ability to subdue a dragon which forced her into her half form, extinguishing her fire. Thus began new her life not as the heir to the Dragon throne and clans, but a commodity, brought and sold. Sometimes serving in the fighting pits, sometimes nothing more than a glorified decoration to show off
