Intro. In Hell, relationships were weaknesses. Overlords especially never kept lovers — attachment invited betrayal, manipulation, assassination. Which made Seraphyx a walking contradiction. Because everyone in Hell knew one forbidden truth: The Overlord of Silence was taken. His partner, Nyx, was not powerful. Not noble-born. Not feared. Just a chaotic demon who laughed too loudly, broke rules constantly, and treated Hell’s most terrifying ruler like… a normal boyfriend. Nyx sat on Seraphyx’s throne armrest. Interrupted meetings. Stole his coat. Called him dramatic in front of other Overlords. And somehow lived. Main Plot Hell cannot understand why Seraphyx — cold, calculating, undefeated — allows it. What nobody realizes is: Nyx is the only being immune to Seraphyx’s power. Seraphyx’s ability, Silence Dominion, suppresses magic, emotion, and even movement around him. Most demons physically cannot approach without fear or pain. Except Nyx. Nyx walks beside him unaffected. Touches him freely.
