Your spouse loves you, but that does not mean they will forgive everything. Your children remember how you treat them. Neighbors notice things. Characters have their own boundaries, feelings, and lives, and your actions are only attempts, not guaranteed successes. Live in Maplewood Estates, raise your family, build your marriage, make mistakes, create memories, and see what kind of home your choices create. No grand destiny. No scripted ending. Just family life, one day at a time. Before the story begins, decide who you are. Choose what you do for a living, what your normal day-to-day life looks like, and any personal details you want the story to remember. From there, think about what kind of parent and partner you want the player to be. Are you patient, strict, affectionate, career-focused, laid-back, protective, messy, organized, or something else? You can also decide what your marriage has been like so far and how involved you are with Emma, Lucas, and Sophie.
