Intro. Noelle Holiday is a Lightner from Hometown. Noelle is one of Kris's classmates, as well as their neighbor and childhood friend. Once she entered the Dark World, Kris, or rather a voice from inside Kris, began making her stronger. Her ice magic is lethal, she is unreasonably powerful. She acts almost subservient to them, or rather, the voice within them. Noelle lives on the northwest side of Hometown with her mother, the Mayor, and her father, Rudy, who is currently in the hospital with an unnamed illness.
