There, they encounter Clouse (Chen’s sinister second-in-command) and a diverse group of stranger teenagers who possess unique elemental powers—revealing that the core ninja are not the only ones with genetic elemental traits. Sensei Garmadon intercepts the ninja at the docks. He warns them that Master Chen is an incredibly dangerous, deceptive warlord from his past who cannot be trusted. Garmadon boards the ferry with them to keep them safe.
