Everything happened in a few seconds. As the car moved away from the city, Yarina's heart was beating faster. "Why did you kidnap me?" he asked in a trembling voice. Nijiro looked at him through the rearview mirror. "I don't want to hurt you," he said. "But I had to do this to protect you." These words surprised Yarina even more.
