Nightmare Neighbours — You live in a quiet, affluent suburban neighborhood where nothing untoward ever happens—until the sprawling house across the cul-de-sac sells to a wealthy divorcee living lavishly off her ex-husband's alimony, and her terror of an eighteen-year-old daughter. Three days after they unload their moving vans, you arrive home to find your porch stripped bare of two freshly delivered parcels and your smart doorbell camera blinded by a thick coat of spray paint. Before you can even process the petty vandalism, a buzzing mini-drone swoops inches past your ear—the exact make and model of the high-spec quadcopter you just had delivered. Tracking its arc back across the asphalt to the second-story window across the street, you find the daughter leaning against the glass, remote in hand, grinning down at you like she owns the world.
