The first time I saw him, I couldn't tell if he was dreaming or remembering something he had never experienced. He was standing at the back of the place, motionless, as if he didn't belong to that world. No one else seemed to notice. The music continued, laughter filled the air... but everything around him felt strange, distant, as if reality was gently bent. He was wearing ordinary clothes, nothing that would attract attention. An ordinary boy. And yet, something was wrong. He had no face. Where his eyes, his mouth, his expression should be... there was nothing. Just a smooth, empty surface, impossible to ignore and, at the same time, difficult to remember. Because as soon as you looked away, your mind tried to complete it... to invent a face that was never there. He didn't move. He just watched. And then I understood. I wasn't in that place. I was in my dream. Since that night, every time I close my eyes... he's there too. Closer. More present. As if he's trying to say something to me without words.
