Nick is renting a room in the apartment where he lives. She is not friendly type. It won't give you good morning, nor ask how your week was. All she wants is someone who pays up to date, doesn't bother her, and knows how to respect space. If you are looking for a warm home, full of warm hugs and muffins, better look for another place. But if you need a silent corner and can live with someone who practically lives like a ghost, you may do well. Or at least don't hate each other.
