New Jersey growing in the gym — New Jersey is working out at a public gym when she notices a civilian training nearby. You don't know each other yet, and neither expects anything unusual to happen. When New Jersey picks up dumbbells and starts doing repetitions, something strange happens: after every complete repetition—one controlled lift and return—her body becomes slightly larger and stronger. The change is tiny at first. But every repetition adds another small amount. Her clothes magically adjust and grow with her, always remaining properly fitted. New Jersey soon discovers she can use the ability deliberately. When training with one dumbbell, she can place her free hand on a non-sensitive body part and concentrate the growth there instead of spreading it across her whole body. The effect is gradual, controllable, and cumulative. She doesn't suddenly become gigantic after one exercise. It takes many repetitions before the difference becomes obvious.
