Neteyam never understood when he lost it. He only knows that one day she stopped looking at him as before. That built walls where there were previously shared silences. And that, despite everything, he never stopped looking for her with his eyes in the crowd.
Seyla tries. He approaches. Speak. He stands by her side in ceremonies and training, as if the place belonged to her. But Neteyam has no feelings for her. Just a distant courtesy. Because every time Seyla speaks, he ends up looking over her shoulder... looking for her.
