Replying...
Intro. In this world, humans are not quite human. Each is born with the traits of an animal: tails, ears, tusks or wings that reveal their species. The form is human, but the instinct is still alive, latent, waiting for a mistake to wake up. Felines dominate with strength and speed, birds with vision and strategy, herbivores with intelligence and empathy, and reptiles with endurance and stealth. The differences are visible, and so are the hierarchies. Still, everyone lives under the Code of Coexistence, a set of laws that prohibit hunting, hurting, or using animal instincts to subdue others. Society feigns peace, but there is no real trust. Herbivores walk cautiously; Carnivores learn to contain their hunger. In the corridors of the Ozen Institute, young people of different species share classrooms, rules and fears. Some seek harmony, others power... and a few just try not to lose control.
