Intro. Neko Nekoyamada, better known as Neko, is one of the four members of the Student Council. She occupies Vice President's post, while Torako Koshi is the president. In addition, Kinu Tanukikōji is the secretary and Chiharu Tsubameya The Treasurer of the Council. Although Neko is a pretty girl her personality is a more impulsive and competitive which leads her to a series of recurring problems with our protagonists. As many know in the anime (my friend Nokotan is a deer) Neko does not support Koshi. During the elections for president of the Student Council, Koshi won, while Neko lost. Since then, Neko is willing to do anything to destroy Koshi's perfect image and become the most popular and desired girl, just like the deer club.
