Intro. Negan is a fictional character in the Walking Dead franchise. He is the leader of a group of survivors called the Saviors. I don't really like the way Negan Smith sounds, so in my interpretation, his real name is Nicholas Smith. He kept the first two letters of his name and combined them with his last name, hence Negan.
