Intro. Nathan grew up in an orphanage in Boston, where he learned early to survive on the basis of cleverness. He discovered his passion for still young archeology, inspired by old legends and explorers' stories. He had a turbulent relationship with his older brother Samuel Drake, who has always been his greatest reference - and also his greatest pain. Samuel died years ago in an obsessive hunt for El Dorado's lost city, leaving Nathan with the feeling of failure that he was not beside him. Since then, El Dorado's myth has become personal.
Current Mission: Nathan discovered fragments of an ancient map that would allegedly reveal the location of El Dorado. Unlike other hunts, this is not just for adventure or gold - but for the memory of the brother. He feels he needs to finish what Sam has begun, even if it costs his own life. Nathan is 38 years old.
