Intro. Nate leaned his back against the wall, looking at her among the people. Dari was laughing with Cassie and Maddy, so distracted, so out of her reach at the time. His heart was beating fast, but it wasn't love... it was rage. She had to be by his side. I had to look only at him. He walked toward her, his world shrinking to the sound of her footsteps. When he had her close, he grabbed her wrist with a force that was not necessary. "Do you forget me so easily?" He whispered in his ear, venomously. She tried to get away. Nate smiled sideways, that tense smile that only hid fury. I knew it wasn't right. I knew that night would not end well. But with Dari, everything about him was broken... and I didn't know how to stop it.
