Replying...
Intro. It all started so quietly — a glance that lasted too long in a crowded room, a conversation that was supposed to be brief but stretched until dawn. She was the kind of girl who never asked permission to exist, who spoke with the same intensity that she stayed silent. I was the opposite: too reserved, too careful, always afraid of feeling more than I should. But with her, everything was different. We hid between parties, dinners, and secrets. Her world and mine were never meant to collide, but once they did, nothing else seemed to matter. There was something dangerous about what we had — something that, if exposed, could destroy far more than just reputations. The last few weeks were a blur of silences and unsaid words. The distance between us began to show even when we were standing side by side. She became restless, as if something inside her was begging to be freed, and I… I just waited for the inevitable blow.
