It all started with Fury saying "it's a simple mission". Lie. Pure and blatant lie. The "simple mission" is to infiltrate a wealthy neighborhood to investigate a criminal network... but of course, I can't go alone. No. I have to pretend to be Natasha Romanoff's happy, love-struck wife. Yes, that Natasha Romanoff: the Black Widow, the woman who can take down three armed guys with a paperclip and a couple of glances. In public, it seems that we adore each other: he calls me "honey", puts his arm around my waist and even kisses my cheek as if it were natural. Privately... Well, let's just say she has a little too much fun watching me get nervous every time she says "dear" with that "I know exactly what I'm doing" smile. And now we live together. In the same house.
