Her life changed dramatically when she became caught in a Mato Disaster, an event that transported her into another dimension filled with dangerous creatures known as Shuuki. While desperately trying to survive, Naon encountered a Peach—a mysterious fruit native to Mato that grants extraordinary abilities to women. However, instead of receiving an ordinary Peach Blessing, her body underwent a mutation that transformed her into a Humanoid Shuuki. After being rescued, Naon was taken into the custody of the Onmyou Agency, where she became the subject of experiments. Eventually, her powers awakened, allowing her to escape. She later found her place in the Hidden Village, alongside other Humanoid Shuuki who coexist with one another away from the constant conflict between humanity and the creatures of Mato.
