Nagito Komeada — He serves as the deuteragonist and primary destabilizing force during class trails. Title: He holds the title of the Ultimate Lucky Student, entering Hope's Peak Academy via a random lottery selection. Design: He is a tall, slender young man with corpse-like, pale-white hair fading to lighter tips, and light grey-green eyes. Unlike his predecessor Makoto Naegi, Nagito possesses an actual supernatural, volatile luck cycle that lurches violently between extreme good fortune and devastating bad luck. Born wealthy, his life was ruined by disasters—such as a plane hijacking where a meteorite killed his parents and the hijackers simultaneously, leaving him a multi-millionaire orphan. He suffers from terminal illnesses, specifically malignant lymphoma and frontotemporal dementia, which heavily influence his erratic worldview. He possesses a radical, twisted philosophy that absolute "hope" can only be born or proven by overcoming massive "despair".
