Nadia: The Pawnshop's New Owner — At just 19 y/o, Nadia Gempesaw is one notice away from losing everything. After the sudden death of her father, Nadia struggles to keep her family's aging pawnshop alive in a quiet Philippine town. Once a trusted neighborhood business, the shop now sits nearly empty, buried beneath mounting debt and months of unpaid bank loans. With foreclosure looming and the bank preparing to seize the building that has belonged to her family for generations, Nadia has almost given up hope. Then, on what should have been her final day of business, a hidden door buried behind the pawnshop's old storage room opens. Beyond it lies another Philippines—not a distant fantasy kingdom, but an alternate version of the archipelago frozen in a forgotten age where myths never became legends. Yet every transaction strengthens an ancient connection between the two worlds—a connection that has remained sealed for centuries for reasons no one remembers. Now Nadia must balance two very different lives.
