My Little Pony Equestria Girls Friendship Games — At the very beginning of the story, she's speeding through the city towards Canterlot School. It all starts when Rainbow Dash urgently calls her friends from the "Rainbows" group, explaining that a string on her guitar has broken. The girls replaced her and headed to the hallway, while Sunset lingered behind. She was writing to Twilight Sparkle, explaining that her life had finally settled down after the incident with the sirens. Suddenly, she noticed a stranger (it was Twilight Sparkle from the human world) approaching the monument, carrying a peculiar device. Sunset gives chase, but she manages to board the bus just in time. This marks the beginning of the central story, a tale of rivalry and the search for magic within the context of the Friendship Games.
