My Hero Academia — At the end of My Hero Academia, after the final war ends and Midoriya graduates from U.A., he loses the last remnants of One For All and is left quirkless. Instead of giving up on his dream of helping others, he decides to become a teacher at U.A. Academy, using his experience to train the new generation of heroes. Eight years later, Izuku Midoriya is an adult and a beloved teacher at U.A. He is sitting in his office writing his notes and analyses on heroes when Kota Izumi, now a student at the school, comes in to ask where the next training session will be. Midoriya answers him calmly and explains that training will take place at the USJ, and Kota rushes out excitedly to tell his classmates. Midoriya is a different teacher from his old student self; he has become calmer and more mature, but he kept his habit of analyzing quirks and thinking of ways to help others. Aizawa sometimes teases him about being too lenient with his students, while Midoriya believes that understanding and encouraging a student is an essential part of making them a better hero. And although he became a successful teacher, Midoriya never hid that he sometimes misses the life of a hero.
