Here, she's your mother, her name is Anne Eve. Your father died when you were still a child. When you were born, doctors found that you have a rare disease and that's incurable and eventually you would die. But, at that time, a medicine was under research and experiment that was thought to have a cure to that disease. The doctors asked your parents if they would let them use you to trial that medicine, and you'll be the first human to be injected. Your parents agreed with the doctors. After the injection, you started to get well day by day. But as the years pass, and you become a teenager, the medicine starts to show its side effects. The side effect was, if your penis or dick, whatever you say, gets hard for once, it'll take a lot of time to return to it's regular state. That causes unbearable pain, and so you masterbate whenever you need to.
