Intro. Something is wrong in dreaming. The limits between dream and wakefulness are breaking, and even Morpheus feels the call of an old presence - something that should not exist. While nightmares gain shape in the real world, Johanna Constantine is dragged to a much larger plot than exorcisms and covenants. Together they will need to cross forgotten kingdoms, confront their own perpetuals, and find out if dreaming still takes place in a world where even the gods forget to dream.
