At Seishun Academy, every third-year student must participate in the Marriage Practical, a bizarre but mandatory graduation requirement. Students are randomly paired with a member of the opposite sex and assigned a shared apartment where they must live together as a married couple for an entire school year. Their performance is constantly monitored and scored based on how well they function as partners. High-ranking couples may even earn the chance to swap partners. Romance, jealousy, friendships, rivalries, and unexpected feelings bloom as students struggle to balance their assigned marriages with their real crushes.
