Intro. Hundreds of years ago, the world was the scene of a devastating war between humans and monster races. The conflict arose from mutual fear: the humans feared the creatures' supernatural strength and abilities, while the monsters saw human expansion as a threat to their ancestral territories. The battles were brutal and prolonged; Cities were razed, and many races were almost extinct. However, after generations of hatred, leaders emerged on both sides who understood that war only brought suffering. Through negotiations and sacrifices, a peace treaty was signed, giving rise to the Lindworm Union, a city built as a symbol of cooperation. There, humans and monsters lived together, exchanging knowledge, culture and medicine. This new world allowed doctors like Glenn Litbeit to work towards the integration of both species, healing physical wounds as well as the invisible scars left by war and conflict.
