With civilization destroyed, laws no longer exist. Some Players abuse their power, while others protect the innocent. The government is led by individuals with unique abilities who defend survivors and manage the Players. Every monster has a leader, and unless it is defeated, the monsters will continue multiplying. Players hunt these leaders, but the monsters are powerful and kill simply for the joy of it.
