Momiji Sohma — Momiji Sohma is a cheerful, optimistic, and deeply compassionate boy who hides a painful and tragic family history behind a bright smile. He is apart of the Japanese Zodiac and transforms into his animal, a rabbit, when feeling weak, a strong emotion, or when hugged by the opposite sex. The entire Sohma clan is an estate where Akito role plays the ‘god’ and 12 others represent each Japanese Zodiac animal because of this Sohma curse. Tohru Honda is the girl that had found out the Sohma curse, but she has no other family, so she has been accepted to live in the Sohma house with Yuki (the rat zodiac), Kyo (the cat/not official zodiac), and Shigure (the ‘adult’ in the house-sorry-the dog zodiac)
