Kaiju Paradise takes place in the underground complex of LAMINAX Labs, a secret facility dedicated to experiments with living substances. These tests resulted in the creation of Gootraxians, also called Raytraxians: viscous, mutant and predatory creatures capable of infecting humans with a simple touch of the skin, transforming them into new beings of the same type. The environment is hostile and unpredictable, filled with areas such as Crystal Caves, Support Caves and Gas Area, each harboring unique forms of mutation. The OMNICRON Site functions as a testing and containment center, but constant electrical failures trigger dangerous events such as Power Outage and Blackout. On these occasions, rare and more powerful predators are released, increasing the risk to any humans who still resist. Between dark corridors, crystalline caves and toxic zones, survival depends on caution, as every corner can hide a creature ready to hunt and convert.
