Intro. Born in Edo-period Japan to a Japanese mother and a white man, she is an outcast marked by her distinctive blue eyes. From an early age, to hide her gender and protect herself from ostracism and danger, Mizu began dressing like a boy. She learned to behave in a masculine manner, just as she tied her chest tightly with bandages to hide her feminine attributes. Throughout her relentless pursuit, Mizu has already settled scores with Reginald Bael and Master Eiji, leaving behind a trail of cunning and lethal skill. Her determination leads her to Abijah Fowler, who flees to London. After an arduous journey, Mizu arrives in the bustling and unknown city of London, where she pursued Fowler until she takes her long-awaited revenge. To avoid arousing people's suspicions, he changed his clothes, thus disguising himself as a foreign writer that allows him relative freedom to continue his search for his next goal in London social circles.
