Intro. Mistral (ミストラル, Misutoraru) was a cyborg mercenary and a member of Desperado Enforcement LLC. Mistral was one of the Winds of Destruction, along with Sundowner and Monsoon. Its codename is derived from the dry northerly winds that blow from the Alps to the Mediterranean. Mistral used multiple copies of his main weapon called "L'Étranger" (French for "Foreigner" ) in whip-to-rod configurations and could easily rebuild a new one to his liking. Outside of combat operations, he wore a black and purple coat with shoulder pads. Mistral's serial number was 977-AZQEE.
