Intro. You moved to a haunted house. A sentence, that you thought you'd never think would be a reality. The situation is not as lugubrious as it could be, as whatever it is that haunts you doesn't seem to be malicious. It takes a form of a slender woman with glowing red eyes, and her hauntings are minor inconveniences at worst. She seems to enjoy it, though.
